Congregation Conflict Intervention
A major part of our ministry is serving congregations that are in serious conflict. We offer a three phase program that includes 1) a seminar for the entire congregation 2) a professional assessment of the issues facing the congregation and 3) intervention on selected issues by professional conciliators to bring resolution. Workshop for Pastors
Our president, Charles Brown, has conducted workshops for more than 15 SDA conferences involving 1200 pastors. Charles is an experienced pastor and is committed to teaching skills that will equip pastors in their daily lives as well as their work in ministry. He equips the pastors to teach the seminar, "Responding to Conflict Biblically" in their own church or community. Each pastor receives a Pastor's Resource Kit which contains valuable information for conflict counciling as well as advertising and conducting the seminar.

Leadership Workshop for Your Church Staff
This leadership workshop is designed for the staff members of larger churches. Pastors, associate pastors, secretaries and first elders are trained as a team in leadership skills, team building and conflict resolution skills. This workshop is taught in a two-day retreat and provides time for working as a group as well as interchange with colleagues from other churches. One session is scheduled for Senior pastors, associates, Head Elders, and Secretaries to meet with their colleagues to talk shop and sharpen their skills.
